So, once again, a restart. This time, I've signed up with a Weight Loss program through the local hospital, and it consists of a once a week session with a Nutritionist and a Personal Trainer. There are others in our class, and I think I'm going to enjoy our group and the support. I truly need the help, because obviously I'm not doing so well alone. I simply can not believe how much I weigh :( I went from 165 to 175 in the blink of an eye, and then another half blink and I was back up to 185. The 188 was my weigh in last night at class. I am looking forward to learning how to eat properly - for the first time in my life!
