What made you start picking up weight after keeping it off for 5 years?

@ Dewald84 .
1. Everyone on my back for losing too much weight .. confronted
them when they started again now .. it is as if they have amnesia and can't
remember OR don't want to
2. It is hard enough to maintain your weight .. your support circle not supporting because they don't know what you are doing or understanding it and in the process resisting / fighting it makes it so much harder
3. Not really a well thought through maintenance plan
4. Falling into old eating habits
5. The thingS that made me picking up weight in the
1st place
6. Food is addictive and We can't go witnout it
7. Gradually gained the weight again

The support to one another and wisdoms and experience shared on this forum is more important than you realise!
We all are on different paths to our goals which we think are the same .. but it is not .. our paths are different and individual and our struggle to get there is different and individual ..

I was seeing my goal weight as being the finish line but that's just one phase of this process. You will always have to be vigilant 😔

Congratulations for reaching your goal weight. My whole life is some type of diet as I am that sort that looking at cake or any nice food, I gain. and I am hungry all the time. So you just keep on Watching yourself. when half kilo gain, loose 1 as soon as possible. Good luck to you 🎉
