Made it through Thanksgiving week and even lost some fat. I appreciate the power of tracking my macros and FS brings to my diet and eating practices. I am able to enjoy "cheats" like a derby pie so long as it is in moderation.
My diet is easier with the knowledge of potions size, calories and macros.
Now maintain and not gain mode.

looks delicious I'm up some from 3days of Thanksgiving eating a small amount of pecan pie and then other foods.

I had never heard of Derby pie and had to Google it! Sounds amazing!

@Fritzy A Derby Pie is basically a Pecan Pie with a layer of chocolate on the bottom. I used maple syrup and coconut sugar instead of light corn syrup and white sugar. Not really healthy but better :p
