Must have contraced a bad stomach flu on top off medicine sickness. Kept kids home today and husband stay home feom work everyone very ill. Wasnt able to eat yeaterday evenong bit finally made a couplr of meals for family. Both potato soup and ministone.

It took me a few hours to be able to eat it but important that I eat something I keep getting sick and I won't get better unless I get something into my body. I know it's just water weight but it's alarming to be losing weight without wanting to. I was down to 117.4 lbs today I'll pop back up to my proper weight as soon as I can return to eating again regularly. But I don't like staying in the bed and making the kids hangout with Daddy watching movies I prefer more engaging activities. But I almost passed out cooking for a couple hours which so sad and I do have to go back to work tomorrow so I'll have to conserve my energy. It's the first time I have I have to call in since coming out of the hospital but I still felt guilty about it.
