While I love the idea of "low carb" I would have to admit that I am adding more natural, healthy carbs back into my diet and have lowered the amount of fat. I have all but eliminated nut butter and cut way back on whole nuts. I have also been eating more whole fruit like apples and bananas. Adding more sweet potatoes, beets and other natural carbs. I do enjoy baking and make "healthier" baked goods on the weekend with GF flour and natural sweeteners like maple syrup or bananas. My progress has slowed over the last few weeks but with Halloween in there, that had to be expected.
