Yesterday was fruit and veggie day but somehow food was not very photogenic.
Today is banana and milk day, but I always add a little variations
Breakfast was high fiber cereal with chia, almond milk and bananas.
Lunch is Vegetable soup plus a smoothie with almond milk, flaxseed meal, Almond powder, bananas, blueberries, and cranberries.
