This morning I realised I still see myself as fat. Although I have lost more than small human I still see a fat fat person in the the mirror

gosh I know exactly how you feel, plus added the fact that I was overweight and then obese for the past 15 years, makes me feel that I was also delusional all this time...

Me too its psychological I have lost 18.5kg with 3 to go to goal and I still look in the mirror and see fat!

Remove all the large mirrors for the time being and replace them with mirrors big enough just to see head to shoulders
