This is my dinner that I ate after I fixed the kids their dinner. 1/2 pkg of sliced mushrooms, 1/2 red bell pepper, 10 cherry tomatos, 1 onion, and 3 baby yukon potatoes. The kids ate hamburgers, potato salad, chips, and broccolli.

Looks real good!!! I love mushrooms and red pepper 🍄 I’d need more protein though so probably would pair it w blocked cheese bites 🧀 or a meat.

I could have added a protein in but some night I have a hard time making myself anything dinner after getting my chores done and the kids/hubby's dinner ready. I get fatigued really easy and have a bad habit of just doing what have to and going to bed with eating so sometimes I just focus on getting something on the plate 🍽️ so that I'll eat it... Not the best I know but it was my strategy to combat my bad habit of skipping dinner. It started with just one night after about two weeks I noticed it was becoming part of my routine. It just something I'll have to work on. I'm still trying to get back to normal from all these changes from the MS it shouldn't make such a difference but I feel like I'm moving though molasses with weight's on :/ lol

Please don't think we're being critical. I just really like & need protein so I don't truck jack a Frito Lay's truck at midnight and devour it's contents. 😄 You have a lot of great nutrition on your plate😋

NAH, nothing of the sort firstly I don't got bothered very easily. But I also like protein but prefer cheese and eat to much 😁 and am trying reduce my cheese or maybe just vary my proteins a bit maybe. I haven't mentioned it yet but I eat most of my calories between the hours of 9:30-5pm each day most days and 50% of my calories my calories at breakfast. I consume about 80 grams protein min each day although I admit Im on protein shakes to make that number each day.^^
