Yea idk about that too... now alcohol... I wonder if anyone’s ever tried it. It gets my blood pumping and I feel so much strength when I take a couple shots.

Yeah, right after I posted I realized some might misconstrue my meaning. Never tried drunk yoga or twerk class...just some good old yard work and dumbbells today. It was a busy day, I didn't even get a walk in, might try to get in a quick walk tonight.
