Not a bad run the past few months since mid Feb 2023 ...
It is like running a marathon ... don't look at the end goal. Just focus on the next step ... get your rithm ... and keep going. Even if you don't lose any weight for the week .. Just do consistantly what you need to do. It will happen ..
Like I said in my 1st journal post. I have done this before, about 21 years ago. Losing the weight is the easy part ... maintaining it is the challenge! The last time I was only successful in maintaining my weight for 5 years.
Let's see when I get there this time ... !!
We all do things or follow programs that work for us ... BUT ... We all are different. We all have different likes and preferences. So .. What works for me won't necessary work for you ..
