Exercise due caution on stairs...("Experts" often recommend folks only walk DOWN stairs when they can elevator up...but you know your level of fitness...so best wishes for your success) AND YES...engaging ACCOUNTABLE MODE.....NOW....for the ENTIRE weekend....:)

Excellent goal. I don't know your fitness level but the good thing is if it's too much you can exit at any level and use the elevator for the rest of it.

Right now I can get from the 8th floor to my floor and only be slightly out of breath and feel a little burn briefly in my legs. My coworker and I have a mini goal of being able to get from floor 6 to our floor by the end of the month without being completely out of breath. BABY STEPS!
Accountability is key…and I think that's a big part of this FS community being successful.

awesome challenge for yourself,,, I have out door stars I have to climb at work,, i do it usually do it about 3 times a day... about 80 steps i think .

I've thought about bringing a change of clothes to work so I can do some fitness on my lunch. Or at least get some stretching and a few yoga moves in, twahl. Aren't stairs the worst, serna? It's so hard lugging my big body up them but as the weight comes off and my strength increases I think it will get easier. :-) Tamarah, oh man…I haven't counted how many there are…I'm too busy coaching myself in my head and remembering to breath. LOL.
