Well, I'm over this stomach flu and now my hubby has it and my friend at work has symptoms today. Not good!

So, now that I feel ok, back to workouts...not to be as I strained my back on Saturday helping out with the farm. So, rest it will be.

The best thing is just to recover until you're feeling up to the workouts again. Overworking you back would just cause more time off in the end, so you're being smart. I hope you're back to 100% soon!!
