This is my first journal entry. I read a lot of your posts and love how honest you are. You gave me confidence to finally join in. I started to binge eat after I’ve been drinking and quickly started to gain weight. Then, with school and working I stopped going to the gym. My mood has changed and I know it’s because of my unhealthy lifestyle. I’ve made goals to limit drinking to one, maybe two drinks, on the weekend and to get back to my target weight. I have to move my body and will start by walking with a goal to get back to the gym. Thank you for sharing your journeys and giving me the confidence to share mine. 😊
