Started my first KettleBell workout today, using the Jillian Michael's dvd. It's only 25 minutes, but I couldn't even do the entire thing without breaks in between. I feel bad about that, but I'm hoping I get better. This just shows how out of shape I am. So sad. I'll keep trying though...

***UPDATE: I attempted to Zumba after I typed this journal entry, but only managed to do 5 minutes. Pathetic, I know. :( I also tried to some full pushups, but could only do 3 sets of 5 each, and did 2 sets of 10 chair squats. Hopefully I'll be able to workout again tomorrow. Gotta push!

***UPDATE: Okay, so I joined the 50 pushups/100 crunches challenge, and decided to try today. I managed to do 100 crunches (4 sets of 25, with 10 second breaks in between).
