Leftovers! Biscuit with Swiss cheese, apple warmed up with a little graham cracker crumbs, and leftover General Tso's chicken. Normally, I don't like General Tso's chicken, because it's too sweet and mushy. Hubby found a recipe and cooked it himself. Wow! So different and 100X better than the restaurant. It's not sweet, mushy, or loaded down with breading. I actually like it. Hubby think's it's too sour, but I think it's just right.
