Well, looks like I have to come back to FS and be more serious about my weight. I finally went to the doc. to find out what' wrong with my hip. It turns out I have bone on bone arthritis, so she's sending me to an orthopedic surgeon. I actually feel better, because I now know what's wrong. I don't like going to the doc. and having them find nothing. Anyhow, it explains why I'd take certain herbal supplements and they would seem to work. It would even appear as though I was getting better, then all of a sudden there would be a big down turn and I'd be worse than before. It makes it very difficult on me, because I used to rely on exercise to loose weight. The pain is what would stop me. So, the doc. told me to wait until I see the specialist before engaging in any therapy or exercise.
