I had a follow up with my doctor on Friday. All of my vitals are looking so much better. My blood pressure has gone down, my respiratory rate has increased and my weight going down was a big part of that. My doc even explained it's not the amount of lbs lost, its what the result of that weight loss means both mentally and physically. I feel stronger, more energetic during the day. I still crash at night but I think that's just because I'm doing more during the day. Next step for me is getting back to the gym.
