A little frustrated. I can't do an "exact" calorie count and I understand that, but my salad today--ugh, I'm guessing. I bought it at a local restaurant and they do not provide the nutrition information. I basically put in the ingredients and guessed the amount. I had a Tex Mex Salad (without beans, without chicken, without half of the stuff that's in most Tex Mex Salads). This is just lettuce, cucumber and avocado with salsa, chipotle dressing and I had 6 shrimp added. I think the most calories would come from the dressings and the avocado.

LOL--that was definitly an "educated" guess. I guess I'll find out how educated it was when I weigh myself? Haha. We are supposed to be going out to dinner tomorrow. We were given a gift certificate to Longwood Gardens-2 free tickets and a nice gift certificate for dinner. The only problem--it expires on the 12th. It's a bit chilly and we are hoping to be able to use it tomorrow. I'm hoping they have salads in their nicer restaurant--or seafood!
