Finally back on track. Lost a couple of pounds despite dining out a few times. Limiting alcohol consumption at home and getting back to keeping my emphasis on vegetable soups and fruits and vegetables. Will be limiting the meat and fish to only a couple of days a week, and trying to limit carbs to those with fiber and nutritional value (whole grains and legumes). Going to 10 yoga and fitness classes a month plus some walking and yard work.

Some recent Meals are fruit salad, cauliflower rice with asparagus and zucchini plus salad, and pork tenderloin with roasted butternut squash, corn, brown rice risotto with veggies and homegrown eggplant and salad.
