Happy Thursday everyone! I'm sorry I've been absent but I've been crazy busy at work (no excuse I know). I've been in Reno this week and head home for the weekend and then fly back out on Sunday (back to Reno).
I did excellent on my plan this week. I actually ate really big salads for lunch and eggs and ham for breakfast and just prime rib for dinner. I didn't record everything. Wish I could figure out how to make this site work on my BlackBerry.
Anyway, I've missed you've all so much and promise to take the days that I'm home to read your journals and get caught up with everyone.
