Sincerely trust everyone has had a great weekend of staying on plan and doing the things that will assist them toward healthy eating and living. As ALWAYS, thanks for everyone who posts, supports, and mails encouragement...it truly means a LOT.
Also, just wanted to say to any of you who might look at my daily food intake, I generally just record it as 3 meals and a snack for the sake of simplicity, but almost always is consumed as 6 meals spaced about 3 hrs apart. I have not truly experienced any hunger since sleeve surgery on Dec. 22. Go to the nutritionist tomorrow to plan transition back to soft and then solid food. Have a wonderful week everyone and I probably post again on Wed. Everyone please Keep on Keeping On !!!!! U will be GLAD U did !!!!!
