I noticed I walk a lot faster lately after some friends of mine complained that I was walking too fast. Maybe it's a subconcious reaction, maybe it's the diet...

You are lighter now so it's easier for you to walk faster. I walked a lot slower when I was at my heaviest weight.

Good for you! The faster you walk, the better your heart rate will put you in fat burning mode. Woo hoo!
