So proud of myself! I did Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred Level 2 yesterday and today I did my full run distance of 3.5 k on my lunch time break. The winds were gusty but manageable and I did it!! 38 days post surgery! Getting my groove on!! Now if only I could get my eating to be better especially on the weekends!!
