That's what I do sometimes too. I eat 1/2 a burger, no cheese most of the time, and eat a salad on the side. But my burgers are mostly homemade. If I get one on the street, it's a Famous Star from Carl's Jr. or a Colossal-Burger from a Charbroiled burger joint by the beach somewhere. :-P

Beranoggin- You mad a very wise observation. That's exactly what I was doing. Spread those big calorie loads out. It keeps the calorie record straight, and it provides a way to savor the experience a second time! Hugs

Good advice! I did the same with tonight's Reuben sandwich, out with friends. Stopped eating when full, and took the rest home.
