Sat. Morning,Good morning all. This has been a hectic week as the grand children were visiting,but they are gone home now so its back to concentrating on me.Only lost 1.5 lbs last week and I know it was from not planning my meals correctly.I ate all my veggies but had a hard time getting the ratio's right.This week my goal is to plan my meals and try for 65-25-10%'s.Also to keep my calories up with the right foods.On another note my DH's dr. said I should put him on a (modifided) atkins.She doesn't what his blood sugar to drop.She said he could have turkey bacon,WHAT A JOKE!! Has anyone read the label sugars,corn suyrp,and additives.I cooked 3 strips and even my smart dog wouldn't touch it.Dh ate 3 strips of mine(real bacon)
