Refocusing efforts

I will be set now on losing all the weight in 6 months and be super fit in 2 years. My new goal is to tryout for ninja warrior in two years. So now my workout routine is:

Teaching- 10 hours a week
Pilates workouts: 4 hours a week
Other fitness activities: 6-8 hours a week
Yoga: 2 hour a week

I will also focus my efforts on eating better and healthier.
1) eat breakfast
2) Drink water
3) eat at home more.

I will be tracking a daily journal of my efforts each day.

Time to get mov'in
