This week is going to be a challenge...our son and daughter in law are in town which will give even less time to work out at the gym. I will do it...it's just going to be tougher...our son leaves for Iraq after this week.

I still expect to work out every day this week and lose at least 3 lbs

went to the gym and did weight training (back), then the eliptycal for 10 minutes (1 mile), then ran 2 miles under 20 minutes than walked a mile @ 3.0 on treadmill...can't wait until tomorrow!
