Well since November I have gone back up to 340, I still don't get why I am struggling with this so bad. I have a lot of days I am ready I am going to go the distance and then there are those other days and man are those some low days! I want to sit in the house all day I hat getting dressed because that pint of Häagen-Dazs is going to kick my butt on the scale! have a gym membership I don't use, my bestie promised to walk with me once a week , it's been months since then and she now walks 3 or 4 times a week I have walked with her yet! I need a consistent boost, I want a personal trainer that will be in my ear and constantly on my case maybe a drill Sargent! All I know is I need something, and something has to change soon.
