I always look upon the first day of spring as a rebirth. It is also my sweet hubby's birthday on Monday so I just love it!! We went to the grocery store this morning and he picked out rib eye steak for his special dinner. and...yes, I shall make him a birthday cake, carrot cake w/cream cheese icing to be exact. He gets to keep some and the rest goes to the office for the vultures.
I was just looking over my food journals for this week. I see some foods creeping back in that I would prefer not be there. A couple of days at lunch I ate a cookie and boy did I feel that sugar crash at 2pm. That absolutely has to stop this week! I won't be surprised if I don't see a loss this week, my own fault. Is it possible to kick yourself in your own ass???!!!
