Hello Dear Friends! I'm glad I don't have to weigh in right now. I've been celebrating my b-day as most of you know, but also I ate a bunch of sunflower seeds last night & just now. I don't even know the portion size, but I know I ate too much. I already drank my breakfast shake, so I was a very naughty girl. :( I'm going now to exercycle, & am resolved to be much stricter with my food choices & portions between now & next Sunday's wegh-in. It stinks how EZ it is to blow the heck out of your diet, LOL! That's OK, I hold the keys to solving this problem, & each pratt fall increases my resolve to be successful & reach my goal, o matter how long it takes. Come on everybody, say it with me ~ "I CAN DO THIS!" Victory is ours!

I feel like we need a battle cry after your last sentence!! Victory!! Lol ;) The good thing about the occassional over-indulgence is it tends to spike your metabolism so it should come off quickly! Lots of water will help with that!
