So I really haven't lost any weight for about a month or more since adding swimming for exercise. I have also noticed I'm tired A LOT. I'm struggling to complete 800 meters and then tired all day. I've been eating keto method and has helped me lose 35 lbs so far but wondering if I need to change my way of eating a bit.
Suggestions from FS Community are welcome.

Maybe you aren’t eating enough calories and if you are swimming you are definitely gaining muscle weight.

I take a several day break now and then and eat whatever and don’t exercise much. Just try to maintain. Then, when I start again, mt body is reset to loose more. Seems to work for me.
