Go to your app store (google or apple) and look for leap fitness home workout app. The chest and ab workouts are good. Arms and back are junk. But I lost 10 pounds and got pretty shredded before my gym opened back up.

There's a nice home workout app on play store for people with no dead weight or equipment. Its really nice. Should check it out if stuck at home with no dumbbells.

My son got some good info on YouTube. But some is crap. So you have to use your own common sense. If a Dude says you can be ripped in 2 weeks , well you know. Total BS.
Glad the covid cases are mild. Thank God for that!! Stay healthy. The best gift you daddies can give your kids is you!!👍

Get on zoom and take Letty's classes with us! She does weights, step, Zumba, toning etc. I take her classes except Zumba, when we are on vacation. She is a fellow FS member.

Yes that was me the first time I lost my weight in my 30's. I am going the same route but adding walking. I did the sit ups, crunches, leg raises butt tucks... and I even worked my upper body. I stared 3 days a week and worked up to 5 days a week. Kept my walking on the weekends while I shopped.... I also lost 100 lbs then but my story is I was in the same clothes I dressed in when I was 20 yrs and 130 lbs but then my weight was down to 179 and I was wearing my same clothes I wore at 130! Keep up the good work ....I will be working out with you...
