Struggling with my appetite this last couple of weeks! Usually once I tell myself no more, I’m okay. But lately? My feet keep wandering back into the kitchen ☹️ I don’t know what‘s up with that but I am ready for it to be over!

The only thing that works for me to kill appetite is to go low low on carbs. Carbs make me hungry for more carbs. If I fill up on meat, veg, soup - I just don't crave any more food and I can move on to think about something else and stop eating.

I have same problem, so I don't bring anything into the house if I shouldn't eat it. Best wishes - Heather
