I worked out for an hour on Sunday and OMG, I feelt every bit of it on Monday. To my disappointment, I realized that I have ZERO muscle strength. I couldn't even do 1 push-up. The rest of my family (all malles) were leaving me behind in every exercise, but I stayed the course and never gave up! Tonight I hope to go to step aerobics at church.
