well, I had the flu two weeks ago, and since my metabolism was sluggish I decided to give myself a week to reboost it and then start again, well one week turned into two and I decided today was the day. I havent excercised in 2 weeks, nothing at all. I have also been extremely bad I have had mcdonalds twice, (not to mention Shamrock shakes are out) I had two of those, Arbys, etc. and not good stuff either, bic macs and fries...Oh and Dairy queen once. So today was judgement day and I got back on the scale and did my workout, AND I HAVE LOST 2 LBS IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS...OMG I thought I would be nearly starting over. I normally would of lost about 6 in two weeks, but I didn't gain and I am so happy, I need to never do that again, the stress of worrying over it was not worth it.
