Karymi - Creamer potatoes are the little mini potatoes and I sauteed this. Put the potatoes in first and browned them. Then added the onion and mushroom and browned a little more. Then added the tomatoes, zucchini and sea salt & garlic powder. After those were cooked thoroughly, I pushed them all to the edge of the pan and poured the egg whites in the middle. Cooked the egg whites, then tossed it all together and made the scramble.
