I am up exactly one pound from my last weigh-in.
Although I am not okay with an increase, I'm actually pretty relieved it wasnt more.
Had a lot of things going on last week and, outside of yardwork and running all over the place, I didnt work out or make it to the gym and single time. I also didnt pre-pack any of my meals. That was incredibly stupid. And for whatever reason I decided that drinking an almost entire case of Mountain Dew last week was a good idea.
I now have only 2 weeks to get to a goal that I had begun working on at the beginning of May. Not gonna happen.
