Sorry about your health issues, that's tough. My husband has heart failure. Your wife's training may give her a certain bias. When I was prediabetic, the dietitian at UCLA told me to have 7 servings of grains a day when I weighed about 110, was 77 years old and very sedentary. I only ate about 1000 calories a day. I would be a full diabetic by now with little calories left for anything else. I hope she believes differently.

great job 👏I'm not allowed to use exercise machines till my next Stress test which is July 1st So far I'm only on 2 medications for it one of them is a baby aspirin Though I can walk
