I am eating WAAAY to much dairy! I noticed that my calories were coming from fat way more than anything else, and on furthur investigation, I can see where I eat a ton of cheese, eggs and unfortunately, cream and milk or half and half in my coffee... Hmmmm, time to come up with alternatives...
