Benjamin Franklin famously said beer is proof that God loves us. That's certainly worthy of debate over a pint. One thing that's not debatable is that I'm absolutely certain that God loves me because he brought me Ms. Gastropod 38 years ago when we were just 22-year old kids. So blessed to be married to and to share life with someone who loves me, challenges me, and 100% gets me. Here we are last weekend at our grand-niece's wedding. Also included is a pic of the anniversary dinner I made for us tonight. My portion was noodle free, otherwise similar. Swordfish, seared scallops and spot prawns with a zucchini fan. A nod to @Zebrasnail for the mobius strip lemon slice garnish. Make it, log it, eat it.

@SK.17 I do find a dram of Laphroaig typically lubricates elucidation of theological contemplation. @Katsolo, 2 pints are clearly better than 1.
