I did it I did it, finally I went to the gym today !!!!! Thought today was going to be another slacker day, but instead, I made myself go and honestly, I do feel better. Doing my workout seemed to go by easier than the past few times I have worked out. Think I may have needed that time off to regroup. However, I did manage to gain 2 pounds, but that's ok I can get that off in no time. Hope everyone has had a good day today.
