Anyone ever get blamed for a coworker's/college's email? That is what happened to me. My boss told me he is "very disappointed" in me and blamed me for email other people sent. I told him I didn't send the email he referred to and he told me I'm responsible since I was cc'd in the email. He told me that whenever I'm cc'd, it means I agree with it and am responsible whether I respond to it or not. I asked him why the other people cc'd are not responsible as well and he never answered. I have never heard of that. I'm not their supervisor. He is!
