Finally got past my plateau, I did realize that now I am down over 10lbs my RDI had to be changed from 1900 to 1800 calories per day so anyone who is maybe stuck at the same weight you may need to recalculate your RDI. WoooHooo I am down 12lbs in 27 days!!!!
