Today my boyfriend came back from a work trip, and he asked me to prepare one of his favourite mexican dishes (which is far away from being light)- Well, what could I say? I 'sacrificed' for him and cooked(and OBVIOUSLY ate it, lol). I tried to eat a smaller portion than usual so I didn't go over my RDI.

I was pretty busy the whole day and didn't get chance to exercise properly, besides some dancing while I was cooking, so I hope this doesn't mess my official weigh in tomorrow.

This morning I had a nice loss so I was pretty happy. I also keep noticing my arms and legs are getting stronger. Can't stop looking or touching them every once in a while to feel the strength!
