I'm so pleased. After working deligently on my food choices and excersize (spinning Thursday & Friday, circuit training throughout the week and riding 3 hours Saturday)and having another allergy attack Friday through Saturday morning which required Benydryl(whatever caused it this time)I had only lost 1.2 pounds for the week. I was certain I had calculated my caloric intake and expenditure and would come out at the desired 2 lb loss for the week, but yesterday's weigh in showing only a 1.2 loss left me feeling a tad down, (particularly since we had hunted for 3 hours on Sat. and I passed on the stirrup cup AND all the scrumptious food at the breakfast except for asparagus and some pork roast and roast beef). Took last dose of Benydryl yesterday morning, and left home on what was to be a PP day - but as we were traveling the limited available food choices required it to be another PV day. I was terribly worried, but stuck with healthy choices and had fresh carrots, blueberries and strawberries as a snack as there were no hard boiled eggs available. Celebrating the kids birthday's with them I had a Texas Roadhouse 6 oz sirloin for dinner with plain broccoli and carrots and stuck to coffee. I expressed my concern for my two PV days in a road, and really fretted about stepping on the scale this morning after yesterday's slightly off day. Imagine my surprise when I was down 1.2 lbs!!! Woohoooooo! My guess? Allergies and Benydryl are NOT weight reducing friends. At any rate, Success!!! 2.4 lb loss in a week and a day. I am so pleased. June goal date, here I come!!!!!!!
