Between getting up late, searching for a nail salon for a pedicure & a trip to Target I didn’t have time to get on the treadmill or eat lunch :(
After I finally got home, I prepared ribs for dinner, then hopped on the treadmill. I usually do a 30 minute walk, but since I missed my morning walk. I decided to do a 45 minute walk with 5 minutes of jogging.
I’ll probably do a 30 minute walk sometime after dinner :)
Calories count will be low, so hot chocolate is on the menu tonight 😋
