OK! Yesterday I was so very off my diet. It started with a Milkshake from Burgerville and ended with Nachos at the bowling alley and a Mike's hard Cran! I am disappointed with myself for going so far off track but I know that it was one day and I can get right back today. Man some days are just so hard!

The hardest part is getting back up, and getting back on track. Because once you fall off for one day, it is just SO easy to say "i guess i screwed up today, ill just screw up the rest of the week" and it gets harder and harder to get back on track. We all have those days, its what you do after that matters. Your doing great!!! Keep it up!!
