Think I need to plan this better. My Thursday indulgence day (DH comes home from working out of town) was 2,200 calories. That is less of an indulgence and more of a pig out!
Other than that, all is well.

It's official then ... we will call it a "Living Day" rather than indulgence or pig out. I like it! I want a living day when we have fish and chips. It makes me happy. LOL! Have a great weekend!!!
