I've been here on FS for a long time. Over the years, my weight has changed, but I've still not reached my goal! :(

Two years ago I stopped eating dairy, after figuring out it was causing me a lot of digestive problems. I lost 7 pounds "poof"

Eight months ago I stopped eating wheat, again after figuring out it was the cause of other digestive issues. And "poof" another 5 pounds went away.

But this still leaves me far from my goal. My age and hormones are working against me, so I'm working on the hormone issues; the age, I'm just gonna have to live with. Although, I rarely actually FEEL as old as my license says.

I've been hiking more this year, riding my horse and even got a few work outs with weights in since the 1st. The weather has been amazing here in Arizona and it makes for a very nice hike in the afternoons when I can't sit at the computer any more and need a break.

It just comes down to making good choices every time.
