Weigh in tomorrow which I am dreading. I have taken a break from dieting the past couple of days while all my kids have been at the house. I am sure I will show an increase but I have to weigh to keep myself honest. I will get back on track for the rest of the week. Oh and Yes! Merry Christmas to Everyone.

Yes, I think I put a few inches on my waist over the last day or two and am reluctant to step on the scales.
